Let's explore how the "Volume Discount" works.
On the campaign page, click "Add discount" and choose the "Volume Discount" type. Then, specify the discount title.
A volume discount consists of tiers. For each tier, you specify the minimum required quantity or amount and the corresponding discount percentage or amount if the minimum requirement is met.
For example, if customers buy 2 NIKE shirts, they get a 10% discount. If they buy 3, they get a 15% discount. If they buy 4 or more, they get a 20% discount.
Choose the condition type: "Minimum quantity" or "Minimum amount." For this example, we want quantity-based tiers, so we choose "Minimum quantity."
Select the value type: "Percentage" or "Fixed amount." For this example, we want percentage-based tiers, so we choose "Percentage."
In general, you can choose any combination, such as "Buy $100, get $10 off," or other variations.
For our example, we need to choose the product, Nike shirt. However, you can also apply this discount to the entire order or specific collections.
Let's select our product and build the tiers:
Buy 2, get 10% off
Buy 3, get 15% off
Buy 4, get 20% off
You are free to name the tier titles however you like, and you can create as many tiers as you want.
Click "Save."
Preview the app. In the widget, you can see the "Buy More, Save More" discount with its tiers. Each tier has a progress bar showing customers how much more they need to add to their cart to get the discount.
If a customer adds 2 items, the first tier is applied and a 10% discount is achieved. If the customer adds 1 more item, the second tier applies, giving a 15% discount. The progress bar for the third tier will prompt the customer to add one more item to get 20% off.
